This is one of those budget-friendly Halloween hacks that looks like you spent hours on it, but it actually takes just a few minutes to pull together.

With only three things, an affordable floating ghost window cling, a piece of spooky black fabric, and a small spotlight, you can create a ghostly effect that stops everyone in their tracks. Kids, guests, and even my husband were totally spooked when they first walked by!

Step 1: Hang Spooky Fabric

I started by draping a piece of inexpensive black spooky fabric across the top of my mirror. It frames the look and sets the mood instantly.

Step 2: Add the Floating Ghost Window Cling
